Module 7 Bridesmaids/Debs
Hello Loves!
Welcome back.
Before we go onto all the technical bells and whistles of cut creases, spotlights and colour, I wanted to do another softer look for you.
This is another one of my most requested looks. I do this on so many bridemaids and debs girls.
It is a look that is so versatile. It suits all occasions, ages, eye shapes. You can go darker with it if you like. You can go completely free of liner or you could just have a line on the lash line rather than a wing. As with everything I’ve been teaching you up to now, you can pick and choose the colours and techniques to suit you.
What I have introduced to you in this module is using coloured bases (it’s only cream bronzer don’t worry) on the eye. I want to introduce you to it now so you have an idea for how it feels to work with before we go onto use coloured bases in the later modules.
Even if you don’t go on to do the colourful modules this technique is still a great one to know how to do as it gives such a beautifully blown out and soft effect to the eye. Apologies in advance for the amount of times is say “soft” in the video tutorial!
As always I ask you to follow the same format in that you watch the video tutorial, practice, then watch the video again this time while filling in the answers on your worksheet. When you go to practice again after filing in the worksheet your experience should be a lot different.
And as always, practice practice practice!!
To those of you who are on the Glam package and who will finish on this module I want to thank you for embarking on this journey with me. I hope that you have enjoyed our sessions together. By now your confidence should really be soaring and your creative juices flowing. I hope that the past 6 weeks has given you the tools to become more confident doing your own makeup or for those of you who are artists and are upskilling I hope that you too are feeling more empowered.
I am so grateful that you chose me to be your teacher and I wish you all the success in the world. I hope that you continue in your makeup journey and use it for further confidence building and that you enjoy just playing “dress up” with it but it should be fun.
Lots of love,
Jeanette x
