Hello Loves!

Welcome back. Now that you have mastered your brows I want to go onto skin.

In this section I will help you to identify what skin type you are and how to choose products that work best for you. This makeup look is great for daytime or if you like to wear your makeup more natural. If you have mature skin or very dry skin this is also a really good skin demo for you as if you are dry or mature, you don’t want to use anything too heavy on the skin as it will sit heaven on the skin and you want your skin to look like SKIN!

Just like in the last section I ask you to watch the video fully before you practice the technique. After you’ve practiced watch the video again and answer the questions.

I will include some additional information to help you to determine what type of skin you have and how to choose products to suit you but don’t get too bogged down with technicalities – it’s just all about texture so if you just look in the mirror and FEEL your whole face. Ask yourself what does each area need? It’s common sense when you just take your time to stop and analyze it.

I hope that this section will help you to be more confident not only in how you do your makeup but when you’re shopping for makeup because it can be daunting when everything looks the same and you might be afraid to ask questions for fear of embarrassing yourself. We’ve all been there!

I hope you enjoy,

Lots of Love,

Jeanette x

Foundations

Main things to consider when choosing foundation are the finish and the coverage you would like and then how do you get that result with the skin type you have. Concealer

There are two different main of concealer. You can have one for concealing blemishes; this is usually a heavier consistency based on its purpose. Powders

I tend to use loose powders to set my face and then pressed powders if I want to top up afterwards. How much powder you use is completely up to you. If you feel your skin after you have patted on your foundation you can see what you need. If it’s almost dry to the …
